Join Sarah Roper from Richmond, VA and Ayelet Gad from Pardes-Hanna Karkur in a unique collaboration, showing a joint virtual exhibit of their Art.
Sarah and Ayelet first met at the "Psalms" Art Exhibition in 2016 while participating in a Partnership Art project bringing together 50 American and Israeli artists from our partner communities, learning and creating art in light of a chosen text from Psalms.
Aylet Gad is a painter, recycled wood artist and facilitator of creative workshops and owns a painting studio in Kibbutz Mishmarot in Menashe Regional Council. Sarah has enjoyed drawing ever since she could hold a pencil. In the last few years, she has added photography, handmade beaded, wire-wrapped jewelry and her recent passion decorating rocks to her portfolio.
The two Artists have strengthened their connection ahead of the upcoming exhibit to talk about how their art has evolved over the years and how the works should be displayed in the exhibition. We are especially excited for you to join us for the opening of the exhibition, which the artists plan to celebrate with a watercolor workshop designed especially for our virtual community.
