Join JFS and community sponsors for a workshop geared towards parents of school aged children. Led By Barbara Neitlich, LCSW and Perri Hoyt, LCSW. This will be a hands on program on resiliency and self care for parents and how to extend both concepts to our children at this challenging time. All participants will receive a self care gift bag.
