Cheesemaking Workshop with Eden Village Camp
Thursday March 4th, 5:00-6:00pm
Families with children ages 7+ are invited to make homemade cheese with Eden Village Camp, the farm-to-table Jewish organic sleepaway camp! At Eden Village, campers are immersed in herbalism, cooking, animal care, farming, art, music, spirituality, survival skills, rock climbing, boating, and more – all the traditional camp activities plus a joyful environmental ethos, innovative back-to-the-land spirituality, and a culture of kindness that is the true magic of our community. Scholarships are available for new campers from the Greensboro area.

(Virtually) join us from your kitchen on March 4th at 5:00pm and learn to make your own fresh, delicious farmer's cheese. You'll need a few common household items: milk, vinegar or lemon juice, a pot, a large bowl, a strainer, and a kitchen towel or cheesecloth - plus whatever herbs or spices you'd like to use to flavor your cheese
